Enant300™
Testosterone enanthate
300 mg/ml.

Description: Testosterone enanthate is an esterified variant of testosterone that comes as an injectable compound with a slow release rate.

Medical uses: Testosterone enanthate is used primarily in androgen replacement therapy. The medication is specifically approved in the United States for the treatment of hypogonadism in men, delayed puberty in boys, and breast cancer in women.

Non-medical uses: It is used in masculinizing hormone therapy for transgender men.

Contraindications: You should not be treated with this medicine if you are allergic to testosterone. Testosterone can increase your risk of heart attack, stroke, or death. Testosterone enanthate is not for use in women who are pregnant since this medicine can harm an unborn baby or cause birth defects.

Possible side effects: Side effects of testosterone enanthate (in either men or women), may include symptoms of masculinization like acne, increased hair growth, voice changes, and increased sexual desire.

Interactions: Testosterone enanthate may decrease levels of thyroxine-binding globulin, resulting in decreased total T4 serum levels and increased resin uptake of T3 and T4. Free thyroid hormone levels remain unchanged, however, and there is no clinical evidence of thyroid dysfunction.

Pharmacology: Testosterone enanthate is a prodrug of testosterone and is an androgen and anabolic–androgenic steroid (AAS). That is, it is an agonist of the androgen receptor (AR).
