Testosterone Blend

Description: Testosterone blend is a mixture of oil-based injectable testosterones; it is also a medication of four testosterones esters, all of which are androgens/anabolic steroids. They are provided as an oil solution and are administered by intramuscular injection. The different testosterone esters provide for different elimination half-lives in the body. Esterification of testosterone provides for a sustained but non-linear release of testosterone hormone from the injection depot into the circulation. Testosterone blend is administered once every 3 to 4 weeks.
Testosterone blend is, probably, the most searched of injectable testosterone; although it should be emphasized that this is not because to a big potential of this combination, but because it is released gradually over time; due to the propionate it has, Testosterone blend is effective since day one, and thanks to the decanoate, it remains active for 3 to 4 weeks.
Composition:
• Testosterone Propionate 30 mg/ml.
• Testosterone Phenylpropionate 60 mg/ml.
• Testosterone Isocaproate 60 mg/ml.
• Testosterone Decanoate 100 mg/ml.
Medical uses: Testosterone blend has a remarkable androgenic effect that is accompanied by a strong anabolic effect. Therefore it is used to build muscle mass and strength.
Non-medical uses: Athletes who use Testosterone blend mention solid muscle growth because this mixture of esters produces less water retention and also aromatizes less than testosterone enanthate or cypionate.
Contraindications: You should not be treated with this medicine if you are allergic to testosterone. Testosterone can increase your risk of heart attack, stroke, or death. Testosterone propionate is not for use in women who are pregnant since this medicine can harm an unborn baby or cause birth defects.
Possible side effects: Side effects of testosterone include symptoms of masculinization like acne, increased hair growth, voice changes, and increased sexual desire.
Interactions: Enzyme-inducing agents may decrease and enzyme-inhibiting drugs may increase testosterone levels. Therefore, adjustment of the dose of Testosterone blend may be required. Androgens may decrease levels of thyroxine-binding globulin, resulting in decreased total T4 serum levels and increased resin uptake of T3 and T4. Free thyroid hormone levels remain unchanged, and there is no clinical evidence of thyroid dysfunction.
Pharmacology: Treatment of hypogonadal men with Testosterone blend results in a clinically significant rise of plasma concentrations of testosterone, dihydrotestosterone, estradiol and androstenedione, as well as decrease of SHBG (Sex hormone binding globulin). Luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) are restored to the normal range. In hypogonadal men, treatment with Testosterone blend results in an improvement of testosterone deficiency symptoms. Moreover, treatment increases bone mineral density and lean body mass, and decreases body fat mass. Treatment also improves sexual function, including libido and erectile function. Treatment decreases serum LDL-C, HDL-C and triglycerides and increases haemoglobin and haematocrit, which may lead to polycythaemia.
